Walking is a great place to start. If the weather isn’t great, Marion has dozens of walking workout videos on her youtube page to keep you motivated.
Find something you love or at least like to do for exercise.
Exercise isn’t optional. We need movement on a daily basis.
You can split it up into smaller sessions. Walk from the back of the parking lot, walk over to the store or a friends place. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Strength training is important throughout life, especially as we age. This is a great time to engage a trainer or fitness instructor to make sure your form is correct and you don’t get injured.
Setbacks or small injuries are normal. Sometimes the body fights back and we need a little chiropractic treatment to get us back on track. Don’t let aches and pains derail you. Deal with them quickly and keep moving forward.
Adding exercise to Chiropractic treatment is where the real magic happens. Passive treatment alone can only get you so far.
