10 Minute Seated Yoga For Back Pain

We got great feedback on Dr Armstrong’s first yoga video for low back pain, so she decided to make a second even more accessible seated yoga video. Click on the video below. All you need is a chair on a non-slip surface, and you’re ready for your chair yoga session!
