Morning Stretch Routine

She leads you through a short mobility routine to avoid that stiff & tight feeling so many of us experience in the mornings. The video above leads you through the whole routine in 7 mins. You can do this routine starting in your bed. I'm going to perform it on the floor. Some people like to get started with their day, move around a little bit before they do any stretching or mobility, and that's fine. And if you're really stiff, I often recommend those patients take a nice hot shower and then do a bit of mobility.
