Ergonomic Desk Set up

Did you know that for many years Dr. Freedman consulted with individuals and companies about workplace ergonomics? Even simple changes to your chair height, keyboard position, or moving your monitor can make a big difference to how your body feels. Most importantly, no matter how well your desk is set up, take regular breaks from sitting.
