Beginner Yoga for Low Back Pain
We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and your backs survived the more than a few shoveling sessions that had to be done in December. We are back to normal hours this week, and happy to see you in the office if your back still hasn’t recovered.
As our new years gift to you, please enjoy Dr. Armstrong’s 20 minute beginner yoga class for low back pain we have posted below. In addition to being a Chiropractor, Dr. Armstrong has been a certified yoga instructor for almost 20 years and has taught many classes focused on helping people with back pain.
Everyone’s body is unique as is your experience with low back pain, so not everything in the class may be right for you. As always, if something doesn’t feel right, just skip onto the next movement and ask either Dr. Armstrong or Dr. Freedman at your next visit for a modification. Enjoy!
