A Special Announcement from Dr. Erik Otterstrom

Dear Patients,

After almost 30 years in practice, I am going to be passing along the practice to my longtime associate Dr. Jody Freedman and his wife Dr. Robin Armstrong. I plan to retire from practice February 1st, 2016.

I am confident Drs. Freedman and Armstrong will continue to provide you with the same excellent care you have received over the years. Along with their over 10 years of practice experience, I have been working closely with both of them in recent years to ensure a smooth transition when I retire.

Besides my retirement, nothing else will change at Willowbrook Chiropractic. Your file will remain at the practice. Our long time staff, Sylvia & Debbie will continue to serve you at the front desk. Heather Good will also continue to provide excellent massage therapy care.

Office hours & regular fees will also stay the same, with Dr. Freedman working Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays and Dr. Armstrong initially working Tuesdays & Thursdays, adding more hours later in the year.

I wish all of you the best in the future and have greatly enjoyed serving your health over the years.

Sincerely,

Dr. Erik Otterstrom
