Dr. Jody Freedman

Dr. Jody Freedman

Dr. Jody Freedman is a doctor of chiropractic with a passion for helping people feel and function at their very best. Following his graduation from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2005, he began developing a unique blend of manual therapy combining traditional Chiropractic with modern soft tissue & exercise techniques. He has since used this comprehensive approach to help thousands of patients overcome their back, neck  and sports injuries.

Whether you’ve got a nagging injury or are simply looking to improve your health and physical performance, Dr. Freedman will perform a thorough assessment, identify the source of your problem, and work with you to develop a body that feels and functions as it should.

When not in the office, you can find Dr. Freedman bringing his passion for health & wellness into the workplace.  He teaches both Office Ergonomics & Back Injury Prevention at workplaces throughout the lower mainland. In his spare time, he is also an avid runner, traveler, and dad to two young active boys.

Dr. Robin Armstrong

Dr. Robin Armstrong has been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. Starting as a personal trainer and Kinesiologist and continuing as a chiropractor and Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) provider in 2005. It is her passion for health and wellness and her interest in understanding the human body that guides her approach to patient care.

Dr. Armstrong believes that when each patient is armed with the knowledge to help themselves the effect of her individualized treatments is much more powerful. Using a combination of traditional chiropractic, Active Release Technique (soft tissue therapy), and exercise and lifestyle advice, she will help you overcome your problem whether you’ve suffered for 3 days or 3 years.

Beyond helping people through chiropractic, Dr.Armstrong has another passion in life – yoga. As a certified yoga instructor, she has created a unique form of yoga therapy known as Yoga Rehab combining yoga and rehabilitative exercise to overcome injury and pain. She has shared her knowledge of yoga injury prevention and anatomy with the Canadian Press, American Council of Excercise, Impact and Alive magazines as well as many yoga teacher training programs in the lower mainland.

Dr. Erik Otterstrom [Retired - Feb 1, 2016]

Dr. Erik Otterstrom established Willowbrook Chiropractic in 1987 after graduating from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Otterstrom and his wife Linda decided to put down roots and raise their family in Langley.

As of February 1st, 2016, Dr. Otterstrom has passed along his practice to his longterm associate Dr. Jody Freedman and Dr. Freedman’s wife Dr. Robin Armstrong. All of his patients files will be maintained at Willowbrook Chiropractic and patients are welcome to see Dr. Freedman or Dr. Armstrong for chiropractic care.
